Baking Truffles

Last week we made some truffles for Greats and Grands Day! We had a lot of fun making them and one time when we were melting the white chocolate Willow caught Mrs B eating a piece  so then we all got to eat a white chocolate. So here are some pictures of us making the truffles.They were easy to make and scrumptious.

Mix together dried apricots, crushed biscuits, condensed milk and white chocolate.

Roll the mixture into little round balls.

Melt the chocolate and coat each biscuit ball. Leave in a cool place so the chocolate can set.
